Update on Royal Mail Strike Action

Apologies to anyone waiting on an order. Although we have only had two days of strike action so far, it seems very little is happening at Royal Mail on any other days either. We have upgraded all parcels sent to tracked 24 but not a single parcel dispatched since Tues 30th August has had a single scan.

With this in mind & two more upcoming strike days this Thurs & Fri, we will be temporarily be using different couriers (mainly Evri) to fulfill any future orders until the disruption has passed.

If you are waiting on an order, please keep a check on the tracking via Royal Mail. Once it gets it's first scan at the Bristol Mail Centre it should move relatively quickly. We will be contacting Royal Mail on Monday to chase this issue up.
