Order Tracking & Delays

For anyone waiting on an order... we have not been able to dispatch with Royal Mail since 9th December due to the backlog at the Bristol Mail Centre.

Just realised the dispatch email may not be showing the courier..

So if your tracking number starts with C00 or T00  it has been sent with Evri & you can track at https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.

We are still using ParcelForce for larger orders as they are still getting parcels through the system despite the strke action, these tracking numbers will start with PBPV & can be tracked at https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace.

We are occasionally using Yodel or Fedex booked through Parcel2go so if your order tracking doesn't start with C00, T00 or PBPV please try Parcel2go, Fedex or Yodel sites. If you don't get any luck just send us an email as we can check on our booking page.

We have seen some delays with Evri but things seem to be moving better in the last couple of days.

If you are still waiting on a Royal Mail parcel, we are starting to see first scans on items dispatched on the 5th & 6th Dec, anything dispatched on the 7th got transferred to different mail centres & should be moving. We hadn't seen any scans on tracked 24 or 48 items dispatched on the 8th Dec on our last check earlier today. 

Apologies, the post has been a complete nightmare this Christmas. If you ordered by the 16th Dec, your item arrives too late & you need to return it, please use the free return label enclosed & we will refund fully including the original postage.
