**NEW** RETURNS SERVICE

An exciting update....

We now have customer returns set up with Royal Mail. This means we can offer a free returns service for any items delivered via Royal Mail.

For larger or heavier items delivered by ParcelForce we may still be able to offer a free return if you are only returning part of your order & it comes within Royal Mail's size & weight limits.

These limits are a maximum weight of 2kg & a maximum size of 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.

For larger & heavier returns we can offer a subsidised service via ParcelForce at £4.99 for post office drop off or £5.99 for home collection.

Please note that misuse of the Royal Mail return service regarding weights & dimensions may result in us losing this service, so when returning an item, please make sure you don't add any extra packaging & try to return in the original box / packaging.

..... so, if you would like to return an item, for any reason, please just send us an email or give us a call & we will mail you across a label to print. You can then just drop it off at the post office.
