Update on Free returns

Quick update!!

We can now offer free returns on orders weighing up to 3kg. We will enclose a return label with all orders sent via Royal Mail. If you change your mind & want to return your item, please just re-pack it carefully ensuring all labels & manufacturers packaging are present, cover the original label with the return label & drop off at a post office. We will have noted your order number on the label & our documents so we will know who to refund. Should you not find a return label in your parcel, please send us a quick email & we will email one across to you.

We will now be sending orders up to 3kg via Royal Mail, heavier or over sized orders will be sent via ParcelForce. For returns of orders delivered by ParcelForce, please email us & we can arrange a subsidised return. See the delivery & returns page for full details.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us with a photo first. We will usually arrange for a replacement to be sent without the need to return the broken item.
